If you put this mustard wash on a baking sheet and mash it with a little ghee, it will have a different level of taste.

You can watch that 1 minute chutney without wasting time to buy.  Place a wide pan in the oven and heat well.

Once the pan is hot, put 3 tbsp mustard seeds in the pan, fry until smooth and transfer to a separate bowl.

Then in the same pan add 6 bunches of vermicelli and 1 bunch of caraway and fry it well with mustard and let it cure well.  Take a mixing jar and keep it.

Add roasted mustard, vermicelli, caraway seeds, 4 cloves of peeled garlic, small gooseberry size tamarind, 4 tablespoons of grated coconut, a little water, the required amount of salt, and grind as you would always grind chutney.

If you find the bitterness of mustard in it, add a small piece of jaggery and grind well.  Then transfer the chutney to a separate bowl.

In a small saucepan pour 2 tablespoons of oleoresin, caraway, apricots, tamarind and serve this chutney would be super.

If you want to touch itli dosa, you can add a little water to this chutney and dissolve it.  If you want to mash it in a baking dish, you can grind it to a paste.
