Do you know what mistakes we make in cooking without knowing the danger? Yet all this is red-hot!

We are doing the cooking bed without knowing that a few things are dangerous. It's not a big mistake to add too much salt and salt to a cooking item without knowing it once cooked!

But some of these things we do for taste and beauty endanger us.  What are some of the common causes of such ailments?  That's what we want to know through this post.

Note 1: Do not use any ingredient for cooking without thoroughly washing it once.  Avoid soaking the tamarind in water and rinsing it without washing it as it extracts itself from the oatmeal.  Put it in water once and rinse lightly without pressing, then pour that water down and then soak it in another water.

Note 2: It is usually customary to boil the egg in water as it is.  Invisible bacteria can roam the egg shell.  So no matter what good egg you have it is very good to use it after rinsing well in water once.

Tip 3: Be very careful when buying chicken curry from the store and cleaning it.  During the analysis of the chicken, numerous bacteria can be spread even in the water sprayed from it.  Therefore, when analyzing the chicken, all the areas where water has been sprayed from it should be washed thoroughly once with soap and water.

Note 4: Do not overcook food items while cooking.  We are more likely to get cancer from such burnt and burnt food items.  Therefore, food items should not be overcooked for taste and beauty.

Tip 5: After chopping any vegetables, do not refrigerate them.  Leave to use for cooking with chopped or left in the fridge without chopping.  Especially onions should not be chopped and kept in the fridge.  Once the onion is chopped, all the germs that are circulating in the air will attract the onion.  Thus even if you process and cook it next time those germs will not go away and will join in the cooking.

Tip 6: When cooking lettuce, add some tamarind.  Do not add tamarind with spinach.  Ginger should not be cooked on the skin for any reason.  Ginger skin is oxidized.  But poondi can be cooked with skin.  Do not keep the chicken in the oven until the next day and eat it.  When using nonstick products, do not rub it with iron fiber.  If the nonstick coating peels off and gets into our stomach it can cause cancer.  Cooking should be completed only after tasting on days other than the days of Puja, Punaskaram and fasting.
